How Readout Studio handles feedback, account data, and prototype usage.
Readout Studio helps users analyze customer feedback. Depending on how you use it, the app may process notes, reviews, survey responses, reports, account information, imports, and usage data.
If you use Readout without signing in, your notes and settings may stay in local browser storage unless you choose a cloud or AI feature. Clearing your browser data may remove this local work.
If you sign in and save, workspace data, snapshots, Readouts, import records, and settings may be stored in Readout Studio's connected database so you can reopen them later.
If you run Polish Readout, AI Theme Discovery, AI Report Polish, or similar features, selected feedback, evidence quotes, and structured analysis may be sent through backend/edge functions to an AI provider. Raw secret keys should never be stored in the browser.
Connected sources such as Google Business reviews and Google Forms may require account connection and permission. Imported feedback is used inside the selected workspace.
If you join the waitlist, your email may be stored so Readout can follow up about access, updates, pricing, or launch. If you submit feedback, ratings, survey responses, or comments, that information may be stored to improve the product.
You can work locally without an account where supported, export workspace files, delete saved workspaces or snapshots where the app supports it, and contact Readout with data questions.
Readout Studio is an early prototype and should not be treated as a fully audited enterprise compliance product. Avoid uploading highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless you have reviewed the risks and are comfortable proceeding.

Simple terms for using the Readout Studio prototype and early-access workspace.
Readout Studio is currently an early prototype and early-access product. Features may change, break, be removed, or become paid later. Outputs are for decision support only and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for the feedback, notes, reviews, survey responses, and files you upload or paste. Only upload data you have the right to use, and avoid sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with how the prototype processes it.
Readout may use rule-based logic and optional AI features to generate summaries, themes, recommendations, and reports. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, so review and edit them before sending them to clients, teams, or customers.
Some features may require signing in. Saved workspaces, AI features, imports, and Readouts may depend on third-party services. The service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted.
Pricing pages or plan labels may describe intended tiers. Payments and subscriptions are not active unless explicitly added later. Early-access pricing, limits, and included features may change before launch.
Do not use Readout to process illegal content, harmful content, or data you do not have permission to use. Do not attempt to break, scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service. Do not use outputs in a misleading way.
